Ben Douglas Jones is an expert in Modern Slavery and also co-wrote the Crown Prosecution Service Guidance on charging and prosecuting victims of human trafficking as well as the Law Society Guidance on refugee defences. He provides domestic and international training on human trafficking and modern slavery in the context of practitioner and regulatory compliance training.

Ben works with Altion Law specialising in corporate crime, fraud and corruption cases and his expertise extends to all areas of due diligence, corporate and business risk management and trouble-shooting. He has additional expertise in competition law, health and food safety, trademark infringement and property and planning disputes.
