Breach Implications
If you are incurring breach implications of your director disqualification order or undertaking, it amounts to a criminal offence and the penalties can be severe.
(i) You can be sent to prison for up to 2 years and/or a fined. You can be disqualified for a further period.
(ii) You can be held personally liable for the company’s debts for the time you acted
in breach of the disqualification order.
