Ultimately preventing you from carrying on a right that the landlord wasn’t able to grant you in the first place. It is vitally important that the historic use of the land is checked. This is to ensure that it will not have any impact on your current, or future intended use of the premises. For which if you are tied in for many years could lead to serious ramifications for your business.
